Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Your account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination with no refund of remaining balance.
Users are prohibited from sending, posting, or sharing content that is harassing, defamatory, threatening, or harmful to other users through any communication channel provided by the platform.
Any attempt to make payments using stolen, forged, or unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts is a serious offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 70400 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via a range of local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go, Maybank, and CIMB Clicks. No foreign exchange fees apply for users in Malaysia.
Successful deposits will be credited to your gaming account within the timeframe specified, depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification and security checks have been completed.

Account Suspension & Closure
70400 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. For accounts closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

All content on the 70400 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of the platform and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content without written permission. The platform may contain links to third-party sites; 70400 is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
